Terms of use

These terms apply to the AI Translate app ("the app") published by Frame Sixty Labs and to this website. By installing or using the app you agree to them.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your download.

Translations

Translations, text recognition and object detection are produced automatically on your device and may contain errors. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, safety or financial decisions without verification.

Premium

Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase through Apple or Google. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer the app, redistribute the language packs, or use the app in a way that breaks the law where you are.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Frame Sixty Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or reliance on a translation.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
